THEY DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN HER CALL UNTIL AFTER 10 WORKING DAYS.

WE LIKED THE QUALITY OF THE DOOR ITSELF. HOWEVER, IT WAS ABOUT $1000 MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER ESTIMATES. WAS NOT HAPPY WITH ONE ASPECT OF THE ACTUAL DOOR ITSELF. THERE IS A METAL EXTENSION THAT PROTRUDES FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE INTERIOR PORTION OF THE DOOR. POTENTIAL FOR A CUT IF YOU BUMP YOUR FOOT INTO IT. SALESMAN SAID IT WAS THERE BECAUSE DOOR IS REVERSIBLE. THE CAME OUT TO PUT ON TWO BLACK RUBBER PIECES AND ADHERED IT WITH GLUE, WHICH ARE NOT GLUED WELL AND WILL EASILY BE PULLED OFF. OVERALL I AM JUST DISAPPOINTED AND FROM WHAT I GATHER THIS IS ALL I AM GOING TO GET OUT OF IT. WHEN YOU PURCHASE A DOOR FROM THEM THEY ONLY SHOW YOU PICTURES OF THE DOORS, THEY DO NOT HAVE A SHOWROOM. IF I HAD INSPECTED THIS DOOR I WOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED IT.
