After deciding to buy rather than rent, I choose Rachel Long as my buyer's agent because of her knowledge of the real estate market and her passion for doing the very best by her client.  I couldn't have been more impressed with Rachel throughout what was to become a rather complicated and rocky buying process.  She quickly responded to each and every question I had, regardless of the time of day or day of the week.  When it was time to negotiate a buy, Rachel handled the negotiation quickly and flawlessly, and she kept me informed of the status of the talks consistently.  Likewise, she walked me through the entire closing process, and pulled some last minute strings to ensure that the closing landed on the day and time as scheduled.  Even after the closing, she was in touch to see if there were any loose ends to tie up.
