The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. I visited the showroom a couple times before making my final selection. I checked out several samples, and they make this easier than some stores that want credit card info, etc. I asked the salesperson for her opinion (since she is the expert and sees styles come and go), and I was very happy with the guidance she provided. We used an installer that the Floor Club recommended. If I were to go this route again, I would get more references on the installer since I ended up with a few surprises there. However, the carpet and padding, which was priced similarly per sq foot compared to other carpets I have purchased, is of noticeably superior quality. I purchased through Jack Rubenstein, and was pleased with the price as well.
