The Computer Shop

The hard drive worked and the data was entered.  But, he did something that screwed up the wireless.  I called him about it, I've called other people about this problem.  They say whatever he did messed up the laptops wireless.  I've called my internet provider and other experts and they all agree.  I called him and he never called me back.  He finally said he would come out but he never did or never got back to me. I had someone take the laptop to him and he said it worked fine on his wireless, then he abruptly handed it back to her.  Of course, I had to pre-pay, so I couldn't hold back any payments.  He blames my security.  He just refuses that it's his problem.  I don't have a problem with my other laptops, just the one he fixed.  It totally worked fine before I brought it to him.  I did not get my money's worth.
