Came across a couple issues, but when they were addressed I had received an awesome response in making the adjustments and getting the problems fixed and resolved.

It was a small job compared to what they routinely build.  It probably wasn't worth their time. I was really desperate to

have a cabinet with drawers made for underneath my kitchen sink.  The Cabinet Store had to send a guy out to eyeball it to figure out what I needed.  I was so tickled when I was quoted $500.00 ! 

It was installed quickly and easily along with a carcass for the dishwasher.

I purchased a Cambria countertop thru them.

The Cabnet Store was amazing!  Randy is a gem, and one-of-a-kind to work with.  They work with you every step of the way.  If something isn't right, they fix it at their expense.  Quality cabinets and installation all the way.  I have referred many clients to them, and would definitely use them again!

Amber Nalzeny was easy to work with and she had all the details covered for a complete kitchen remodel. I mean we were considered new construction due to 100 gals. of water that ruined the kitchen from the upstairs toilet hose. Her lay out had many options without being overwhelming and mentioned what was pro and con about each decision. It really is the little things that we weren't cued in on and she had  covered.  When we had no plans to redo the kitchen and had to go from 0 to 60 in no time it was nice to have the guidance.

I used them because they are one of my son's clients. I like them and if I had more work I would always hire them. It looks great. They are good are any kind of customary work and counter tops. Every bathroom in my house has literary been customed. I have 4 bathrooms. They are perfectionists. It has been an excellent experience. I would give them an "A+". I have used them a lot. They also did a custom entertainment unit. They are meticulous and do everything nicely.

I was satisfied with their service. They were helpful. They have thousands of variety. They were prompt and had everything done in a nice way. The follow up is superb.

We initially got cabinet bids from a couple other sources but went with the Cabinet Store because the service was excellent from the first meeting. We worked with Carly Hand and could not have been happier. She knows her stuff and was patient with our numerous design changes and decisions to be made. We did all of our own work for this rather extensive remodel so our time frame was drawn out significantly longer than most jobs. Carly was there for us the whole time and the service never stopped after she collected our check and the cabinets were delivered. To sum it up, the Cabinet store prices are competitive and the service is outstanding. We would definitely work with Carly and the Cabinet store again.

I love my new kitchen! We worked with Randy on making our kitchen more functional and much better looking. It turned out even better than expected. The day of the install 4 guys and a big truck pulled up and got the job done in about 5-6 hours. Excellent quality and workmanship.

We worked with Carly at the Cabinet Store from beginning of process through completion. Carly was great to work with and responded promptly to every communication prior to placing order and through installation. The installation crew was a backup crew so there were a couple of things that needed to be corrected when countertop was installed a week later but everything was handled to our satisfaction and we felt price was very competitive. Everyone we came into contact with at the Cabinet Store was pleasant and professional and we would recommend them to friends/family.

Overall, we are very pleased with the product and installation. Our only complaint would be on what we would call "hidden costs" that came up after we had paid the required down payment of one-half of the cost of the job. When the estimator came back with his drawings, we were informed by The Cabinet Store that there were additional costs for L-shaped counters and seams, which was not communicated to us at the beginning of the process when we paid the down payment. One of these extra charges was for furring strips, which the representative explained were required for proper installation. On the day of installation, however, we observed that no furring strips were installed by the subcontractor, and he told us they were not necessary. After a quick phone call with the sales representative at The Cabinet Store while the installer was still onsite, she agreed to reimburse us for that charge, which they did.

It went very well, from the first time we walked into the Cabinet Store and met Randy to the final sign-off and payment for the completed project. Randy and Juke both went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and were able to help us remain calm and comfortable during the entire life of the project. They were both able to assist when we had minor design changes - both being very creative and accommodating in coming up with new ideas.
We love our Showplace cabinets and Cambria counter tops we got from the Cabinet Store and especially love that they are both local companies.

Remodeling the kitchen in our newly purchased home seemed
like a daunting task. We visited many cabinet stores as well as a few big box
stores, but weren’t comfortable with anyone. We were unsure of how to proceed.
That is until we visited The Cabinet Store. They sent a associate out to our
home to measure and create a 3d model of our kitchen. From this they could
provided a accurate estimate. We were amazed that they would do this free of
charge! With a few adjustments to the design, we order the cabinets and
countertops. Within a month we had our new cabinets and countertops installed.
The service was excellent and the workmanship was top notch.

As always, they are always careful and do great work. I love the under cabinet rolling shelves. They are really good quality and have been working great to help me organize the area. When they were here my husband showed them the broken appliance roller and they looked at it and came back later to fix it. My husband had tried for over a year various things. The Cabinet Store has good prices and they know what they sell and know how to install it. They are not like the big box stores. They are specialists. They have given me Cambria kitchen and bath counters, cabinets in two bathrooms and built custom furniture for me - a large entertainment storage unit with matching end tables. I love everything they have done.

They are very good. Their price was comparable. I would use them again.

The Cabinet Store is close to our home and we were pleased with the prompt service we got when we went to the store for a quote. When the store called later for final measurments for the custom bookshelf, we requested that the adjustable bookshelves be changed to fixed shelves to achieve a more polished look (avoid the little holes of the adjustable ones). The agent said fine and that they would be builiding our shelf soon. I was at work when the shelves were installed, and was disappointed to learn from my wife that they had installed adjustable shelves. They looked good, for adjustable shelves, but we were really hoping for the look of fixed shelves. I went in the next day to speak to the agent, and he apologized for the error. Apparently the work began on the shelves quickly after our change order and the carpenters never got the notification of the change. They knocked 50 dollars off the price because of the error, which we appreciated. Next time, we will get any changes in writing and be sure all parties know of the change.

I liked everything about them. I liked their quality of work, responsiveness, selection, courtesy, and professionalism of all the installers. I though their price was very fair. I shopped around and with them I was able to get cabinets that were made in the United States for a price that was same as the ones made overseas. I recommend them highly.

They came in on time and laid protective quilts from my door to the work area. They carefullly brought in the large pieces and did not damage anything. They drilled the holes for my electronics as needed and thenj hooked everything up. They dusted the unit and vacummed my floor. Extremely professional and friendly.

They were diligent in going over the designs with us to our satisfaction. They were very creative in the design. When an issue arose they were able to troubleshoot and went above and beyond taking care of our concerns. Their customer service level is very high and we would use them again.

Not installed yet, but experience so far has been very good. They spent a lot of time with us, price is reasonable and quality of cabinets is good.

Quality all the way through. The product selection in their showroom, the knowledge of the staff, the timeliness, and the actual work done was all first class. I am thrilled with my new counters and the extra space with the custom built bookcase. They worked carefully to match the old cabinets as closely as possible.

OUR DESIGN PERSON, AMBER, WAS GREAT. VERY CREATIVE, PERSONABLE, EASY TO WORK WITH; MADE SOUND SUGGESTIONS; VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR QUESTIONS AND ACCOMMODATING TO OUR SCHEDULE. A REAL PROFESSIONAL. THE CABINETS ARRIVED AND WERE INSTALLED AS SCHEDULED. THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL, WITH ONLY A FEW ADJUSTMENTS THAT WERE REQUIRED. REQUIRED ADJUSTMENTS TO CABINETS WERE MADE WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME. THE CABINETS LOOK GREAT.

THE COMPANY, IN CONJUNCTION WITH A COMPANY CALLED SELECT SURFACES, WERE WONDERFUL. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS GREAT, NEEDED SOME FOLLOW UP WORK AND THAT CREW WAS WONDERFUL TOO. CAMBRIA, A MN BASED COMPANY, WAS ALSO EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE TO A COMPLAINT OF A BLEMISH. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS JUST GREAT. THERE WAS MINIMAL DAMAGE DONE TO EXISTING WALLS, THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CAREFUL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE DETAILED ON THE WARRANTY/PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE TYPE INFORMATION THOUGH.
