They are considered to be the expert Apple technicians. If you can't get with an Apple technician, they are the next best thing. They are all certified. They are very knowledgeable.

They are reliable and knowledgeable did the job right the first time. They told me what I needed to send in for the warranty, and did the majority of the work. They did not try to rip me off. The estimate they gave me for the extra work that I wanted done was right on the money. They discussed the estimate with me before proceeding with the work. I just can not say enough good things about this company.

Perfect. Dave knows Macs- which is hard to find in a community of PC vendors! He'll tell you if he thinks a computer is worth upgrading or not, and also lets you watch while he's working so you can see how to do it yourself next time. Team is a great place to go for buying, trading in, repairs, and other Mac accessories. Good old-fashioned service from a small company operated by the owner, who is always there!
