I was not satisfied with them and I would not go back to them again. I did not get what I wanted for the house and they did not do a good job at all. I had a lot a trouble with them.

KRIS WAS TERRIFIC. I HAD SIGNED A PURCHASE AGREEMENT ON A CO-OP UNIT AFTER I RECEIVED AN OFFER ON MY HOUSE. THE BUYERS OF MY HOUSE BACKED OUT. HE HELPED ME TO REFINANCE MY INITIAL AND SECOND MORTGAGES ON MY HOUSE SO THAT I COULD STILL PURCHASE THE CO-OP UNIT. HE WAS CONCERNED AND CREATIVE, MAKING SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH THE REFINANCING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KRIS.
