Window Service
HE BUILT THE WINDOWS AND DELIVERED THEM, BUT NEVER FIT THEM TO THE FRAMES. I ASSUMED THEY WOULD FIT. THEY DID NOT. I CALLED OFTEN. WHEN HE DID CALL BACK, HE SEEMED REALLY PLEASANT AND SAID HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OVER TO DO IT. BUT NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN. TODAY, ALMOST TWO YEARS AFTER I PAID HIM FOR THE WINDOWS, SOMEONE FINALLY FINISHED THE JOB.
