Tom really communicates well. It really made the job go smoothly. He also engaged me in the job when small changes or adjustments needed to be made from the originally bid job. Often that enabled me to save money by picking up materials or taking care of the issue myself. Tom is a bit of a perfectionist. It shows in the plastering and cabinet trim work. This made our project really look wonderful in the end since we used some off the shelf cabinetry. The project came in on budget. It took a little longer than anticipated but it was worth it. Tom has since done more work for me because I was so pleased.
