Phone Service - Cellular
Three separate issues:
1) I am on automatic payment with T-Mobile, which they acknowledge, yet they keeping turning off my service every month. The problem is that they did not line up the one month anniversary of my payment with one month of service, i.e., they turn my phone off the day before they take the payment.
2) Customer Service acknowledges the problem, but cannot or will not fix it.
3) Talking to Customer Service is like being in a Saturday Night Live skit, i.e., I got sent back and forth between their 'payment' department and Customer Service 3 times, taking 45 minutes, then Customer Service wanted to transfer me to a 'technical' department to write up a ticket on my problem and said it would take about 30 - 40 more minutes. Further, I used their automated system to make a one time payment today to get my phone turned back on today, but now I must cancel my automatic payment plan to prevent them from debiting my account tomorrow and then sign back up on the automated payment plan the next day.
When I asked to talk to a supervisor, I was left on hold for 11 minutes and had to hang up - so the problem will reoccur next month as it has every month.
