SWIFT MECHANICAL

Chuck and Swift Mechanical have my business for life.
Chuck and Izzy did a great job start-to-finish. They were on-time and professional and are just great guys to work with. They were able to accommodate our scheduling requests and we are very happy with the new furnace. We have had an old gravity furnace for the last 10 years and Chuck took time at the end of the job to go over the operation and maintenance of a new, high efficiency furnace with me. He also did a great job of carefully removing our antiquated thermostat from a plaster wall without marring the plaster.
The only complaint, and it is very minor, is that one of the holes that they had to drill in the foundation left a large amount of concrete scrap/dust/rubble on a shelving unit. They did an otherwise excellent job w/ the cleanup in the basement and I think they just missed a spot.

They arrived on time. Chuck fulfilled our agreement of spending a few minutes about locations of supply and returns before actual installation. They were done within 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Afterwards, he took the time to explain to me what they did, if I had any questions, and we talked about next steps (i.e. inspection, final).

For the final inspection, Chuck needed to come back and install  the trimmings.  I called him multiple times and left many messages for several days.  Since I didn't hear back from him, I called the city inspector.  That phone call was the trigger point to get an employee of Chuck to come back and install the trimmings, which were needed prior to the final furnace inspection.

Our experience with Swift was great. Not only were they punctual and professional, they offered an extremely fair price and were able to begin work immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
