On purchase of our house, we knew that the electricity and in particular the plumbing needed some serious upgrading work. Ivan Swenson and his subcontractors were very responsive and exchanged all water pipes through the house as well as installed new wiring and outlets.He was upfront with his rates and even his upcharge rules on materials. He made sure that we do not overpay or have unnecessary work performed. Since then, we hired him for more work, even small jobs. His responsiveness is outstanding. He's either writing or calling back within 24 hours. Overall, a great, down to earth, honest contractor.
