Home Building
Superior Construction was a sub contractor for Service Master. We had a pipe leak in the ceiling downstairs in September 2013 that damaged the ceiling and walls in a hallway. Service Master did the tear out of the damaged areas and dried the area out. Superior then conducted the repair of the torn out areas. It took a long time to get the repairs completed due to our work schedules but the repairs were not completed until November because it took several trips to re-do the work from their repair person because of poor drywall and ceiling texturing. We finally decided to just not have them come out and try to get it right again. The final bill was sent at the end of January 2014.
