Terrible, if you ask questions, you're considered difficult. Residential flatroof warranty is different than a commercial flat roof. Buyer beware. If you choose this company I would highly recommend every promise made be recorded or in writing. I have ponding water days after a rain. Told to buy a squeegee. Railing installed not where I wanted it. Blocking in garage ceiling for railing posts requested. Not installed. Told I didn't need it. When I had concerns, I was reprimanded for talking to the contractor on site. I was reminded by Billy Brown that he's the boss, it's his company and I went behind his back by telling my concerns to the contractor on site. I was never told that this was a sub contractor. When the job was complete according to them and not addressing any of my concerns I received a text not an invoice with the remaining balance and a message stating pay within 30 days or legal action will be taken.

"We encourage our clients to ask questions. We use written agreements on our projects, as was the case with this one, to avoid confusion regarding expectations and performance. This was a re-roof on an existing structure, so ponding water is to be anticipated, especially on a 30' wide flat roof. Our materials manufacturer is aware of this and thus ponding water does not void any warranties. We thoroughly inspected the installation of the roof, as well as having our manufacturer's representative review photos of the roof, and no corrective actions were needed. It is unfortunate that this client chose to make false accusations and misrepresentations. We will continue to honor our commitments to the client regarding the roof installation. For reasons unknown to us this client thinks that a new roof should be able to be used for a deck. This is completely outside the scope of the roof replacement and was not contracted for."

The strength of the Duro-Last material is impressive (ask for a demo). The price comparison to EPDM and TPO was very competitive. We went with the 60MIL thickness. One of the flat roof segments that was done has it's own air handler with building automation. So far this summer, the second air conditioning stage has not turned on at all (8/14/2023). That is an improvement over the EPDM and ballast roof that was replaced.

When it rains, it pours! It literally poured inside our house after we hired Superior Classic to do our roof! Up to 7 different leaks? In addition, there is ceiling damage and mold. I would love to share pictures!

"I am very sorry that Becky has had what she refers to as a leak. We installed her roof in March of 2022, and it apparently performed flawlessly. However, now at 10 degrees outside, it suddenly and without warning developed what she believes to be a "leak." It is condensation dripping from her skylight. We have inspected her roof and removed the snow around the skylight, which, I might add, sits 6-8" off of the roof. The video and pictures from inside the skylight show the mold that has developed from the condensation forming on the skylight. We CANNOT repair condensation. We need Becky to have a fan moving air across the skylight."

We had to deal with a decent amount of garbage in the yard during and after the project. It also took about a week longer than originally scheduled, as the manager for the project had several other projects he needed his crew to finish while doing our project. The roof looks really nice, but I did have to press a few times to get specific pieces completed that the project workers overlooked on their own.

Billy and the team at Superior Classic are absolutely fantastic. Everything went so smoothly throughout the entire process. Being busy with a toddler, Superior dealt with the insurance company so we didn't have to. All we had to do was pick a color and the rest was history. Total job time was less than 20 hours. Unbelievably QuickTime! The roofing crew did an amazing job. They jumped hurdles to ensure that we were satisfied with the end result. I would recommend them to anyone 10 times out of 10.
