SUBURBAN HOME INSPECTORS

Where do I start?! First of all did a highly speculative and amateur evaluation of our home. When we addressed his issues with specialists EVERY one of them stated his speculation was not an issue and was unfounded. Speculated on problems that did not exist in our home. Came to our home when he thought no one was at home and kicked at our small dog and was very rude to my wife. I would NEVER utilize him for an inspection if I were a realtor (which I am not)

I used Suburban Home Inspectors on two separate town homes.  The first home looked perfect.  It had recently been flipped.  He found several major issues that were deal-breakers for me, so I backed out of the purchase agreement (PA).  The second home, he identified a few issues that I was able to get included in my PA.
Tim was amazingly thorough and knowledgeable.  I felt like he would give me all of the information and let me decide what to do with it.  In the past with other inspectors, I felt as if they worked for my real estate agent - trying to get me to overlook items that were "small."  Tim was amazingly forthright, and I never doubted his integrity or his knowledge.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE INSPECTION AND THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE IN COMPARISON TO OTHER HOME INSPECTION COMPANIES.
