Nice job of handling the claim. Gave me a detailed estimate and updated me at appropriate times.

They had my Silverado for two weeks to do minor body work. I was told they would call me when it was disassembled to let me know the amount of damage. They never called until the work was completed. They "detailed" the interior. Even though they never said they were doing it and I never approved them to do it. The "detailing" included them jamming my glove boxes full with my personal items. The rest went into a cardboard box in the back seat. This included two of the seat bracket covers they knocked off when vacuuming. When I got it back my radio didn't work for some reason. I pulled the fuse and reinstalled it and it worked. They broke my bug deflector (with custom lettering) and tried to hide it. When I brought it back to complain (two hours after I picked it up) they did offer to order another one, have it lettered and install it. However, I will not have them touch another vehicle of mine. I told them they could buy another one, have it lettered, and give it to me to have installed...they refused. I offered to bring it to another shop to have it replaced...they refused. I offered to accept the loss ($185 is what I paid 5 years ago) if they return the money I had spent on tire rotation and minor door ding repair ($190)...they refused. I believe I was speaking with their General Manager in their parking lot. He wouldn't accept my offers and I wouldn't accept his. There was nothing left to discuss but he stood there, blocking me from leaving. I had to ask him twice to move so I wouldn't hit him while backing out. They'll never touch another vehicle of mine.

They were very responsive and called frequently with updates from the insurance company and when the repairs would be completed. All the staff I dealt with were professional and gave excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went to Suburban Auto Body in Little Canada to get an estimate to have my dented fender repaired. I initially thought about paying out of pocket. Jamie gave me an estimate ( higher than what I anticipated) and advised me to submit a claim to my insurance company. Once the claim was filed and the work was approved, I was able to schedule a date convenient for me. I do not have insurance coverage for a rental car, so Suburban provided a loaner. The work took 7 business days which fit precisely with the original estimate. Mike, the technician called me in the middle of the repair to update me with the progress. At every step, Suburban worked well with my insurance company, Farmers. When I picked up my car at the completion of the repair, I was very happy. It looked "good as new" and the entire car had been detailed. I think it was cleaner than when I bought it new. Jamie went over care the new paint and made sure I had all my questions answered. Needing a care repaired is not pleasant, but these folks managed to make the repair process pretty painless.

Suburban Auto Body provided a great experience!  They offered me a loaner car and also offered me a ride home.  I didn't need either, but it was nice to know they were willing to help out.  I made the appointment on a Thursday and they got me in on Monday.  When I dropped off my car, they already had a number of the parts in, and the rest were on order.  They called me at the end of the week to give me an update.  Although they were 1 day late in getting my car back to me, I also wasn't in a huge rush and they knew that.
They returned my car in great shape!  Detailed the inside of the car as a nice bonus.  Smelled and looked brand new inside (except for normal wear and tear...11-year old car).  Thanks for making the experience great :)

Dropped car off, picked up free loaner (thank you State Farm) and was on my way. Got several calls in the following days regarding progress of vehicle. They were missing a part that was not available for a week or more, but gave me the option of waiting or picking up my car and returning when the part was in. I chose the latter and we set a specific date and time and they added the last past promptly. The detailing they do to the car for any repair is outstanding.

Suburban Auto Body went above and beyond my expectations. They repaired the damage to my Jeep after I was rear-ended. They also buffed out a couple of scrapes, shined up the bumpers and trim and detailed the inside of the vehicle. It literally looked like a new vehicle when I got it back. I am in the insurance industry and deal with dozens of repair shops. When a customer asks who I would use, my answer is always Suburban.

I was very impressed and pleased with the service and work provided by Suburban Auto Body. Jamie was very helpful and professional when I drove my van in for an initial estimate. He was patient and informative as I thought through my repair options since I was considering whether I should fix it and quot;nowand quot; or wait til spring. Having just been in an accident due to slippery winter conditions with kids in the van, I was concerned about the ongoing dangers of winter driving. Knowing this, he arranged an upgrade to a rental van for me during the 2+ weeks my van was in the shop. I was delighted and felt so much safer hauling the kids around in a rental van than I would have a rental car.

While my van was in the shop, Jamie and Mike worked with my insurance company, Progressive, so that the repair process was hassle-free and seamless to me. They kept me informed during the process so I'd know what to expect. At pick up, Jamie was diligent in showing me what work had been done and the care they took to make sure all paint blended exactly, even though it meant repainting a piece from Honda that had come in slightly darker than the original paint.

I was also thrilled that they had detailed my van while it was in the shop! I would definitely work with Suburban again (although I hope I never have to!) and would highly recommend them.

The car was ready a day earlier than promised. They charged $100 less than the estimate. When I picked up the car the floor mats were shampooed and the car was cleaned inside and out. It will take a couple years to see if the reapirs hold up but the quaility of the work seems excellent. (Suburban Auto Body performs the body work for Polar Chevrolet-Mazda which is where I took the car for the esrtimate and service.)

This was a great experience. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. We received an estimate from Dennis, he worked directly with our insurance company and had the work completed even before I received the insurance check. After fixing the quarter panel they also touched up several small dings and scratches and detailed the truck. The truck looked like it did when we drove it off of the lot - brand new inside and out. Very, very nice work.

Suburban Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car after I had a fender bender with me new car...which resulted in $1500 worth of damage. They restored everything to new condition - I was very impressed. They did the work in the timeframe they promised and kept in touch with me regarding any new problems they found. They also handled the insurance paperwork, so I didn't need to do it myself. They did a great job and I don't hesitate to recommend them to others!
