"Just a wonderful person. We were so happy to help. We genuinely appreciate the consideration and patience demonstrated during a very, very challenging year of weather."
"These are very nice folks. We appreciate their patience with the city and with the weather. Unfortunately, everyone (including the city) was impacted by a very poor Spring/Summer of weather. Their persistence paid off with the completion of an absolutely beautiful deck. Thank you again for your understanding and consideration. We were very happy to have had the opportunity to work with you."
"Like the majority of folks this terrific family had horror stories of work completed by previous contractors. They reached out to us because they wanted to see a positive result and build a deck that their family could enjoy for many years. As with all our clients, we completed their project in a timely fashion and with a high level of quality. Their appreciation and gratitude demonstrated to our team and company was very much valued. There is nothing more satisfying than bringing happiness to good people."
"Andreas and his family were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our team worked diligently to make sure we addressed the project with the family?s best objectives in mind. We worked very closely with Andreas to adapt the decking system to make it aesthetically enhanced and more functional for the family. The end result really turned out terrifically."
"We truly care about each and every client who utilizes our service. This is evidenced by the quality of our reviews and the fact that we have been in business for over two decades without a single, unresolved issue against the company. We do not finalize a project without meeting our standards of quality and making certain the customer is happy and each project meets all state/local building codes. With regard to this particular project, this was a repair/tear-off and not a new deck build. Subsequently, grandfathering of the initial build is typical as the initial design/build including framework does not always accommodate current building standards. Prior to starting the project an outline was submitted to both the client and the city for approval. This included material and design specifics as well as final renderings of the completed project. ?ALL? specifics of the project were both approved by the city and the home owner. The deck was built according to the approved outline. Upon final inspection of the deck, the individual inspector did request some updates which we were happy to address. This is very typical and we will see some variance from inspector to inspector. We always do our best to accommodate individual inspectors. The updates were completed with no impact to the customer in terms of cost or quality of the finished project. Ultimately, the finished deck turned out beautifully. We will be posting pictures of this project in our Updates to the Spring Website. We are uncertain of any ?UNFINISHED PARTS? referenced by this individual. In fact, our building supervisor did a full walk-through with both the inspector and the homeowner. At that time, no additional items of concern were indicated and at no point was any work encompassing the patio door ever requested by the client. In fact, no outstanding concerns have been communicated since final inspection. We really went above and beyond to assist this client including responding to over 180 emails, texts, and phone calls (many of which occurred after 10pm and on Sunday).. Unfortunately, the client habitually ?CREATED? issues that were unfounded or unwarranted. With respect to the client, we will not dwell on the considerable specifics and some very irregular elicited behavior. As noted previously, we completed final walk-throughs and no additional items of concern were raised. The deck looks impressive and was built with a level of craftsmanship and quality that meets the expected requirements and standards of our company and customers. In fact, the city inspector even commented on how nice the deck looked. We will continue to provide the level of quality and service for each and every customer that they deserve."
"Scott and his tenants were wonderful to work with. This was a fairly complex, over the garage deck that required some engineering and special attention. The time invested to plan with the city and the patience of the client resulted in an impressive finish. Thank you folks for your kindness and consideration during this process."
"Toni is a terrific person and very easy to work with. We plan on visiting with her again soon so we can enjoy some time on her new deck."
"We always service our customers as accurately and properly as possible. The header that supports the stairs is in fact completely split as demonstrated in the supporting pictures taken. The deck stairs are supported by all of two or three nails. As well, the handrails are significantly deteriorated at certain spots and not safe. We sincerely care about our customers well being and safety. Our job is to assist with identifying deficiencies to aide in helping our customers make important personal and financial decisions."
"These are exceptional folks and it was our pleasure to have worked with them. We put a great deal of effort into assessing their needs and coming up with a beautiful finished project that met their objectives. They were very understanding as we worked to outline their project. Thank you again!"
"Great lady! She is going to truly enjoy her brand new deck. We have really enjoyed assisting with your project. :0) Thank you so much for your patience with the weather we have experienced this year. It really is critical to complete these projects when conditions are optimal to insure that the project is done with our customers best interest."
"Karrie was wonderful and it was our pleasure. The hardwood (Tiger) turned out beautifully. As a note, the sealant is an internal sealant that bonds inside the wood to protect it and make it very enduring. This is not a topical application. However, some residue will result and may have a bit of run-off."
