I signed the contract and sent a deposit of $1150.00. I was promised the work would commence immediately. 7 days later I received a phone call stating that the work would begin the next morning. No one showed up the next day. I finally received a phone call late in the evening explaining that the person had needed to renew their driver license and was unable to show up or even call to say they wouldn't show up. A new promise was made to begin work the following day. I am reluctant to believe this. This work is temperature sensitive, and I fear it has gotten too cold to complete the project.

"This work was performed to the satisfaction of the client. Due to weather issues (rain) we could not perform deck service until the weather cleared. We also could not schedule the work until the clients check was received and cleared. Again, as soon as the clients funds cleared and weather permited, we were on-site to perform her project. After completion, [Member's name removed] indicated she was extremely satisfied with the finished product."
