Chad Stoffels and his assistant spent 4 days landscaping the rear yard of my walkout basement home in Roseville. Pleasing to me was the fact that Chad doesn't stack jobs up on top of one another. When it was time for our project, he exclusively worked on our project. They built and backfilled a timber retaining wall on one side of the yard and a boulder retaining wall on the other. Both walls look great and are well done. Chad also prepared the ground between the walls for a large paver patio (installed by another contractor). Finally, Chad regraded the side yard that runs from the front of the house to the back. What was previously a difficult slope is now much flatter and passable by garden tractor, etc.... Stoffels & Assoc's had the equipment to get the job done; dump trucks, tracked bobcat, power and hand tools and they came prepared to use them every day. Communication was spot on. I always knew what was on schedule for the day and execution went by plan. When we needed to make a modification, we shared the change with Chad and it was done. We couldn't be happier with the work done and the experience. Chad is a standup guy with a strong work ethic and he doesn't gouge you on price. We highly recommend him and his company.
