Steve is a very knowledgeable, flexible, available realtor, and as a bonus is an enjoyable person to spend a lot of time with while making one of the most stressful purchases most people make in a life time. He is the guy to hire in this tough Twin Cities housing market: he helped us so much in the process of finding a house we liked, putting together an offer we could afford to get a house that was a great fit for our family under intense time pressure, and walking through all the logistics of the purchase, closing, home insurance, etc. We would highly recommend that anyone, on any budget work with Steve-he is an experienced and strategic professional and a fun person too!

I worked with Steve and he was awesome! He was very personable, extremely reachable, and he still sends my wife a birthday card every year. He has a great sense of humor and I couldn't say enough good things about him. This is a guy I would give a kidney to!

It was a pleasure working with Steve. When we looked at houses, he explained things we needed to know as first-time homeowners. We focused our search in a small neighborhood radius, so he also shared the pros and cons of the area we were considering. Steve wrote an offer on a short sale in August 2010. Because it was a short sale, he made extra efforts to research the condition of the house and the feasibility of a successful offer. As we understood was a real possibility, the negotiations eventually fell through.

Then, Steve wrote another offer on a house we found in October. That one was purchased by another buyer who offered terms we weren't willing to match. Finally, he found the house we purchased -- right in the epicenter of our ideal neighborhood. He successfully negotiated a price within our desired range, as well as additional consideration for re-shingling the roof.

Steve was knowledgable and experienced, but he also made things easy for us first-time buyers. We would highly recommend working with Steve.
