Steve was GREAT. Arrived a bit early, and it was appreciated. He diagnosed the issue, share with me what I could expect in the future and left. Great guy, friendly, quick and honest.

It went very well. I appreciated that Steve explained what he was doing. He returned once (no additional cost) because camera equipment wasn't working properly. He referred us to excavators to fix the problem in the sewer line and ran the camera for the operation.

The price was good and competitive and his service was fast. I would hesitate to hire him again and will probably not refer him to my friends and neighbors because as soon as he walked into my house, he asked me "how do you like living next door to a serial killer?" because of my neighbor's slow speech, and then mentioned that the governor would be in town, "Governor Goofy". I don't think that it's professional to speak in this manner about someone's neighbor and to infuse personal politics when all I wanted was to pay someone to unclog a drain.

I stupidly dumped a goodly amount of psyllium husk fiber supplement down my kitchen disposal which immediately expanded and caused a MAJOR clog in our kitchen drain.  Steve came out the same day I called and cleared the drain in a little over an hour for a very reasonable price.  We had emptied out the cabinet under the sink so that he could get to the plumbing, and after he left we noticed a small leak in the pipe under the kitchen sink.  I called him the next day and he came right back out, again the same day, and fixed the leak at no extra charge, even though we are quite certain that he did NOT cause the leak when unclogging the drain (based on what we saw under the sink it had likely been leaking for some time but we had so much junk under there we never noticed).  We were VERY happy with Steve's responsiveness, service and price and would highly recommend him.

They showed up 30 minutes late and said that that would give me ten percent off because I was an Angie's List member. However when I got the invoice they had not removed the discount. Now they will not give me the discount or return my calls.

Everything was perfect. I would use this provider again in the future.

Kitchen sink drain has never worked better in the 20 years we've been in this house!
Old bathtub plug had some other issues, for which Steve recommended someone else who is a plumber. Drain works good now though.

My experience was great. They did a good job. Charged us a good price and was very personable. Very satisfied with him. I thought they were great.

My sewer backed up into my basement on the Saturday before Labor Day. I called my usual plumber who I've been happy with but he didn't answer.
I called around in semi-panic mode until I found a guy who couldn't make it but who recommended Steve.
Steve came over and fixed the problem in a very professional way, was also very personable and answered my plumbing questions.
I've used him since and now he's my go-to plumber.

He got everything running smoothly and fixed the pipe. He was able to come on short notice and was both friendly and polite. He was there for about an hour. He was referred to me by my normal plumber, who has given me GREAT referrals in the past.

Water from our washing machine and laundry tubs was draining very slowly. Steve cleared out the line from the floor drain to the main line, about 50 feet of pipe that was badly in need of a good cleaning. In addition, he cleaned out the traps and drain pipes connecting the kitchen sink to the laundry area. He was able to come out on the same day that I called him, arrived on time, charged a reasonable fee and did not leave a mess. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did not try to sell me products or services that I did not need. I recommend Steve's Professional Sewer and Drain Service.

We had a sewage smell in our house on a Sunday evening. Nervous, we called Steve and he showed up in a half-hour and diagnosed the problem for us. He told us what it was and referred us to a trusted colleague who could do the work.
Steve is extremely friendly. I'd recommend him to anyone.
