+ -1 moreHe came out to look to see what needed to be done and never heard from him. I called him and left a message to see if he had an estimate for us but never got a call back. If you not interested in the job or dont have time (even though he said he was a couple of weeks behind) then let the person know it. This was over a month ago.
Description of Work: Needed to have a circuit panel installed and outlets to finish basement family room.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate to wire up a new house. Garth was professional, and I got a very good feeling from him. |I sent the blueprints and never heard anything back for a month. The other electricians I'd asked had submitted bids, and I went with one of them. | |Out of curiosity, I called Sternberg back a month later to see what became of my estimate. Aparently the estimate was done, but never got emailed. They also had not followed up to see if I received the estimate. |The price of the estimate was fantastic, and I WISH I had known before committing to another electrician. | In the end, I think it would've been smart of Sternberg to follow up.

The other electricians I'd asked for bids had submitted them, and I hired Superior Electric. Out of curiosity, I called Sternberg back a month later to see what became of my estimate. Aparently the estimate was done but never got emailed. They had not followed up to check if I received the estimate, or ask what I thought of it. The price of the estimate was fantastic, and I WISH I had known before committing to another electrician. In the end, I think it would've been smart of Sternberg to follow up.

+ -1 moreI highly recommend this company. Garth is a seriously good guy and has helped me with a couple of electrical issues in the past. When a tree knocked out the mast and damaged the meter, I decided to do an upgrade along with the repair. We arranged a time and the guys came out and got everything taken care of in a couple of days. They were working under adverse conditions because my basement had flooded and accumulated a lot of water while the power was out during the repair. I also got some feedback on electrical work that could be done in the future (old house) and we are scheduling that now.
Description of Work: Upgraded my electrical panel.
