She showed up on time when she said she would. She was knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. I would use her again and would also recommend her.

Beth was prompt, friendly, and professional. She was available the same week we called. She was an extremely comfortable presence in our home during the time it took to complete the work, and she did excellent work on both, the tuning and on the repair. We will be using her services exclusively in the future.
