St Croix Cleaners

I brought in several items and when the order was returned to me, one of my sweaters obviously hadn't been cleaned. (That was the second time I had that experience with this cleaner.) I brought it back and pointed out to the clerk that a sleeve was soiled. She wrote on the ticket "Redo -- both sleeves." When I got it back again, only the sleeves had been cleaned. The body of the sweater was clearly uncleaned and unpressed. At that point, I gave up on this business.

He is very pleased, and with a coupon they are the best deal in town. He may get the coupons through email. He s been having his dry cleaning done here for a couple of years. If you needed it back in a couple of days you would get it back.

Not too bad overall. Things are usually pretty well cleaned and pressed, and they do a nice job repairing buttons. I have had to return things at times where they missed spots that I thought were pretty obvious and shouldn't have been missed. They said I should have pointed out every single spot to them. I recently quit going there because the girl who works the counter is so unpleasant. Also, things are not always done when they say they will be.

I was able to drop off the dresses. They asked when I would like them back, and it didn't matter to me. I did point out a couple areas I wanted them to specifically look at. They marked it with a safety pin. I felt that the spots was taken care of when I got them back.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB OVERALL. SOMETIMES THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY IN SURPRISING WAYS: I HAD SOME REMOVABLE BUTTONS ON ONE SHIRT, AND A PIN THAT I ACCIDENTALLY LEFT ON ANOTHER ONE. THEY PULLED THEM OFF AND PLACED THEM IN AN EXTRA BAG FOR ME, THEN MADE SURE THAT I GOT THEM BACK.

THE BLIND WAS SO DIRTY THEY TRIED TO TALK ME OUT OF HAVING IT DONE. BUT IT GOT A LOT CLEANER. SO NOW I''LL BRING IN ALL OUR OTHERS. CHEAPER THAN BUYING NEW!
