I would give them rave reviews on everything. They are professional, reasonably priced and they have loaner tires but they just say “pay for the gas.” They were very great. I had some serious engine problem and they phoned and said, you’ve got something that’s going to go bad in a short time, do you want us to fix it while the engine is apart which will save you money in the long-run. When I take the car to them with some problems, even though they keep the car with them overnight, if there is nothing wrong with it, they return it, no charge.

Got to work right away, did job as promised, the best thing about sparks is that what they pay for parts is what you pay, no up charge and they don't throw in parts that aren't needed.

It is very good. They are very thorough. They are very reasonable. They don't nickel and dime you. They will even fix a few little minor things without asking, we fixed this, fixed that. I have been really happy with them. They are quick to rectify it. They are reasonably priced. I don't think they are overpriced. I think they are average. I just feel like they are pretty honest people. I think I have gone to other mechanic shops and you see the people aren't honest there. They are expensive or they don't get it done when they say they are going to get done. I trust these guys. I would use them again in the future.

Made an appointment for early a.m. The vehicle had the wrong rotor when my son purchased parts. They called the merchant and we went to get correct part. The job was completed within the hour.

Absolutely awesome! They are great....tell you what is essential, price is great they are absolutely wonderful!

I was having an oil leak on my 2002 Ford Escape. I had it in the dealership, for a cruise control recall. it's so I thought it would not be a big deal to have them check out the oil leak. the dealership wanted a an exorbitant amount of money to fix the oil leak. I said no and brought it to Dan d John at sparks. they did fix the problem and only charge half of what the dealer wanted. the dealer was told that I could get it done for half price at sparks, the dealers response? and quot;Oh they must be doing shoddy work!and quot; no in my opinion they did excellent work. we have been bringing our vehicles to Dan in John's place and quot;Sparksand quot; for a number of years they have always treated us quickly and professionally!!

Have dealt with them for sveral years and have always been honest and do things right. They may be slightly higher than most discount chains but they will never talk you into doing unnecessary work or other unneeded services. They are busy but finish in time they tell you.. They also have loaners or John will give you a ride to work,etc.

I had the intention of having to buy a new battery but they checked the battery first and found that nothing was wrong! They didn't charge me a thing and sent me on my way. It simply needed to be recharged. I've used them before; they're very close by. I just wanted to congratulate them on their excellent service.
