What can I say other than "It was as easy as falling off a log." (but a lot less painful!). My wife and I were just starting to think about buying a smaller house when Spara opened up shop just two blocks from us. Serendipity? I think so! I popped in and made the acquaintance of Rob, one of the principals of Spara. He agreed to come over to our existing house the next day and meet with us. He helped us set up some great searches that pointed us to a number of houses. On her own, my wife was searching too and found a couple of likely suspects. Rob got right on it, and would tell us "what's what" about the places...usually within the hour! When my wife found what eventually has become our new home Rob sprang into action and set the wheels of purchasing in motion. I've been through that before, and it can be very, very, very painful. This wasn't. From start to finish paperwork showed up on time, we were pointed to the right people to help us with financing, and when the time came for closing it just took a half hour. Indeed, as easy as falling off a log! In a few weeks Rob will don his "Seller" hat and help us get our current house sold. I just know it will be an enjoyable experience!
