We purchased a recliner from Slumberland.  It was delivered when promised.  After about 6 weeks, the chair broke.  We contacted the insurance company.  It took 6 weeks for them to send someone out to fix the chair.  However, the chair repairman did not receive all the parts needed from the company.  That meant he had to take pictures and document everything again for the insurance company and it will probably be another month before he comes back. 
I would recommend not buying any furniture from Slumberland but if you must, don't buy the protection plan.  The service has been unprofessional and unacceptable. The chair broke at the beginning of August and as of October 12 we are still waiting for the chair to be fixed. We contacted Slumberland to get a refund but they have just given us the runaround.

Their service was great. They were helpful and had everything that we needed.  They were no-pressure salespeople.

We got good service from them.

Salesperson/assistant manager Mark was moderately helpful initially, but he seemed to lose interest in us upon realizing we weren't going to be spending a lot of money there. One piece was available at the store, and one was at the warehouse, which he said was "just down the street." Turns out it was about 5 miles away in Little Canada. When we finally got both pieces home (two trips), we discovered that the mattress had black marks on it, and the bottom of the box spring was ripped up. I called the store the next morning and was told I would have to wait nine days for replacement pieces, because the incoming order was already sold. I asked if they would deliver the replacements, and Mark said I would be charged a $50 delivery fee. After I explained (again) that the problem was on their end, he relented and set up free delivery (after "checking with his manager," car-salesman-style). I wasn't impressed with the quality of the the mattress/box spring, nor with the customer service.

PURCHASED ON MAY 7 AND WAS GIVEN A DELIVERY DATE OF JUNE 16, COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE THAT BOOKED UP. TABLE WAS DELIVERED IN JULY AND THEN IT HAD THE NUTS AND BOLTS TO PUT IT TOGETHER. THEY HOWEVER SENT SOMEONE RIGHT AWAY TO SET IT UP. DELIVERY BOYS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AS WAS THE SALESMAN.

DID A WONDERFUL JOB IN HELPING PICK THINGS OUT, ESPECIALLY WITH FABRICS AND WITH THE DETAILS INVOLVED.
