Signature is very knowledgeable on the insurance claim process and roofing! Great work!

I recently had Signature Home Services work with me on a insurance claim on my roof. Jesse came when the adjuster did his inspection and was a huge help throughout the whole process. Overall it was a seamless experience and I would highly recommend SHS for any home improvement project.

Bryce was the only contractor to get on our roof because it’s steep I’m assuming. He’s also the only contractor that said we didn’t have damage. Hmm, I trust Bryce and Signature Home Services.

I am disabled and have memory problems as well as blackouts which he asked about and took advantage of that. He insisted that I only use him for the work and had me tell insurance company to call him directly. He had me sign something one day and I didn't remember until days later. He had the storm damage contract with my "estimate" scribbled on the side of the same paper, but they were two different issues. When I found it and asked him about it he started yelling at me telling me that I don't know how to run a business and that is how its done. He took all of the insurance money, almost $26,000, did the roof and wouldn't finish the work. He took $9,577 from insurance money and had me buy a cheaper door, which I just discovered. He still refuses to finish my house even after I gave him money for windows, he went cheaper again and put in inserts instead, So 3 years later Shane has almost $36,000 and refuses to finish the work. But now he is trying to con me into giving him thousands more and then he might finish. This has been a nightmare for me and my family! I was suppose to sell my house, but can't and now if the prices fall, I will be in a really be in a really bad spot. What kind of person scams a disabled woman out of her money and keep part of the insurance money to buy cheaper parts and have me buy them, when insurance already paid for. Have mercy on his soul

Wonderful experience! Signature Home Services did an excellent job. They were professional, communicated well throughout the project, and did a nice clean up after the work was done. Our neighbors give us compliments as to how our home looks since the work was done. We recommend them for sure!

I have worked closely with Shane and Shawn from Signature Home Services. What I appreciate the most is the one on one attention that was given to my situation. My insurance company has been very difficult and did everything in their power to deny my claims. Signature Home Services could have easily walked away, but the did not. They worked with me very closely until we came up with a resolution. Shawn from Signature Home Services has truly earned my respect as someone who not only sincerely cares about the company he works for but has truly gone beyond and above to show how important the customer is. Signature Home Services is a competent business with good values that takes care of their customers. They have made many improvements to our home over the years. We had them install a new roof and siding and they worked closely with our insurance company so we didn't have to. We also had them install new windows throughout our home, replacing some with much larger picture windows. They worked closely with us by really listening to what we wanted and making recommendations to make sure we would love the end result. We also had them install new covered gutters on our home. They are very responsive both during the job and afterward. They charge a fair price and they stand behind their work. As with any big job, sometimes we had questions. Any concerns that we had were promptly taken care of and we are highly satisfied.

It was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful. Shane helped us with dealing with our insurance company and got many things covered that the adjuster originally missed. They were also only a week out in terms of bookings which is unheard of in the market right now. (due to the large hailstorm).

We were fortunate to have good weather, and the crew was able to show up as scheduled. They completed the work in a very timely manner and were very professional. They cleaned up very well, and I was impressed with the work.  It's been over six months and the work is still great.
Shane was great to work with.  He is very responsive and helpful.  He is also just a really nice guy.

Signature Home Services replaced my windows. They were on time when they came to give me an estimate which was
very important to me as I have dealt with other companies that either call and make up excuses for being late, or just don't show or call. They were helpful with all the questions I had and returned my calls promptly. They worked with me to schedule a day that was convenient for me. They were here the day we scheduled and did the work and cleaned everything up when they left. They were careful around all my plants as well. I am very pleased with the work that they did. I would highly recommend them.

The repair looks great and the siding matches exactly.   We were so impressed that Signature Home Services repaired this for us free of charge . . .  which would have normally cost $300.   They are a great company and we have always enjoyed working with them.  When they originally installed the siding and roof, they met with us many times and helped us choose colors and accessories (such as shutters and gable treatments) for our home.  They were a partner and did a fantastic job.

What they did is go above and beyond on every job we have had them do and with extrem professionalism and extremely fair value.

Shane arrived promptly for our consultation and showed me all the options for our roof, explaining the different grades of shingles, etc.  He brought color samples along to show me.  We also discussed whether or not it was necessary to install venting in the garage since we had finished the interior.  I felt comfortable making the decisions without my husband present.  The only thing that was strange in the process is that we were not notified about when the work would start.  One day the materials arrived.  I sent an email asking when work would begin, but before I received a response, I could hear the workers walking around on the roof the next morning!  It all turned out fine, and they apologized for letting that slip through the cracks.  The crew was FAST.  They began around 7 am, and when I arrived back home around 1:30, they were done and finishing the cleanup!  We have had no issues with the roof since it was installed 9 months ago, and it looks great.  There was no debris left around the site.  If you had left early for work and arrived home at the normal time, you might not have even noticed they'd been there!  I would call Signature again.

The representative from Signature Home Services showed up very quickly after the storm.  A contract was provided which specified roof and siding damage, but no details were provided prior to expiraiton of the 3 day waiting period.  It was later determined that the vinyl siding would all need to be replaced due to fading and the inability to repair the damage, even though there was only one hole in the siding on the entire house.  We decided that we would like to change to fiber cement siding instead of replacing the existing vinyl siding.  Signature Home Services did not appear to be providing fiber cement siding installation at that time.  They refused to let us out of the contract.  Their estimate for the fiber cement siding was VERY high.  We asked to see an example of their work and they directed us to their new office site (an old house in St. Paul) that they had sided.  The workmanship was horrible.  We opted to have another company replace or vinyl siding with fiber cement.  Signature still would not let us out of the contract and we ended up having to pay them even though they never did the work and also for legal services. 

The roof was replaced by Signature and the workmanship was poor.  There are visible ridges in the roof, the rain gutter guards were damaged during the roof installation and the existing drip edge was damaged as was some of the siding.  They were very slow and unprofessional about correcting these problems. 

In estimating the job, excessive amounts of materials were ordered.  The siding was over estimated by about 50%.  This is a rip-off of the insurance companies and ultimately the home owner.

I would NOT recommend using Signature Home Services.  Their initial introduction was good but they were unprofessional and unethical once they knew a contract was signed.  Overall, I would describe the experience as a nightmare.  These guys are crooks.

I can not say enough how great Shane and all other members of the Signature Home Service Team Members where thur this experience.  We did numerous major repairs to our home this past spring and summer and by far replacing our roof was the least painful.  Workmanship was great.  Clean up was perfect.  Team show up at 7:00 in the morning and worked until 7:00 at night job was completed.  I would highly recommend and plan to use Signature Home in the future for all future projects that they cover.

They were very efficient. There work was well done. They followed up on their work and we were very happy with the services.

They replaced the whole roof. It was fine; it wasn't what we initially called them for. We had a smaller roofing problem to fix; the fascia and the soffit. They came and they said we had hale damage on the roof, so they replaced the whole roof. But the actual thing that we called them for, they didn't fix. They gave us a very high bid so we decided not to get it fixed with them. But they did the whole roof and filed it to the insurance company for the hale damage. They did a good job and they were good.

The sales person who came to give the quote was really nice, very easy to work with and very friendly. They got me the quote pretty quick and were very honest. They quoted me less and told me if they have to do any extra work, the price would be more. They did the work very quickly. There were no hidden cost and everything went very well. The clean up was also good. There were some problems after the project and they took care of it quickly.

Initially the insurance adjustor said that only siding would be covered. Signature personnel arranged for a second adjustor, they marked hail damage, and accompanied the second adjustor on his roof inspection. The second adjustor agreed that insurance would cover both the roof and siding. Signature's help saved me over $15,000. Their workmanship is excellent, prompt, and cleanup was perfect. In and out on schedule as they promised. I would definitely recommend them and use them again but that will depend on Mother Nature and any more hail damage. Their roofing work is warranted longer than other contractors due to their advanced training. Great people.

It went well-they did the roof in a day!

Everything went very smoothly. They were in and out in one day, and they cleaned up after themselves. I was not here the day they did the work, and I don't know much about roofs, but it's not leaking and I have been happy.

They did an excellent job. We were very happy with their work, although we were a little disappointed when we found out that they subcontracted out their work. They did a great job, and they actually showed up early, but we would have liked to know ahead of time that they used subcontractors. They did a wonderful job cleaning up-the didn't leave a nail anywhere, and they were careful with the plants.
