General and deep cleaning, I clean it! errand running, No need to clean before the house cleaner comes to clean! I will take care of it! I am very fast and efficient. I also specialize in organization of children's bedrooms, all animal cages, all bedrooms, cleaning during or after an evening dinner party, closets, cupboards, dressers, even garages. I go also do fish tanks, insides of cars, just ask! If it needs to be cleaned, pantry's, under sinks, yard pick up

The two times she came, she did very good work, and moved very quickly and efficiently in cleaning the areas we wanted her to focus on. We were happy with what she did and would have continued to employ her services for several hours every other week.
However, she has personal issues in her life that apparently eclipsed her desire to retain us as clients. She told us she had recently gone through a divorce and has been working out custody issues and has had some housing issues as well.
On the morning she was scheduled to come for the third clean, she first told us she would possibly be late. Then she told us she would call us later that day to reschedule. No call came, and she was very short with me the next day when I followed up with her. She later told us that she did not want to drive the 20 minutes extra to our house and preferred to work nearer to Oakdale (where she lives).
Everyone has issues that sometimes interfere with being able to complete promised services, but Sharon was decidedly unprofessional in how she handled the whole situation. Despite the fact that we were very happy with her work, her lack of professionalism was bad enough that I would never use her again or recommend her to anyone I know.
"It is unfortunate that this particular client described me as unprofessional. I have 20 clients and I am 100% certain they would all say that I am the most professional house cleaner they have ever had. This involves many areas of "professionalism" as well, from my level of cleaning, to speaking to them on an upcoming schedule change due to their particular need, as well as mine. On another level, I also believe it is also important to have that interpersonal communication with my clients since I am in one of the most private areas of their lives..their homes! I want to make sure that my clients are happy with me as "a person" and are reassured that I am the one in their home. This does sometimes entail that my clients and I do speak to one another about our personal lives. and that I can accommodate for their needs at a particular time in their lives. and after doing this for almost 30 yrs I have found out long ago that it is important to love cleaning for all my clients. People just do a better job when they love their job!"
