ServiceMaster Clean

Servicemaster came to my townhome for a routine carpet cleaning.  The first time I had them out, the carpets looked nice.  It was about $220.  I had them out a second time, and the head technician kept assuring me that my carpets would not get cleaned without several extra add-ons.  My total bill was over $400.  Unfortunately, they pulled the carpet fibers in two places, causing a 2 inch and 10 inch hole.  I've called three times since, and I'm always told that someone will get back to me.  This has never happened.  Then, I started receiving calls that my carpet was due for another cleaning.  Each time I spoke with a "live" person, I was assured that someone would call back.  At one point earlier in the game, I did get in contact with a manager who "accidentally" hung up on me.  Last Saturday, Zerorez came to clean my carpets.  Although it was a fortune ($475), my carpets have never looked better.  I would strongly recommend staying clear of Servicemaster.

My kids watched the house over vacation. When I came home, it was trashed. They smoked about five cartons of cigarettes. They came out right before Christmas so it was bearable over the holidays. They responded within 24 hours. I was pleased that they came out near the holidays on such short notice. I recommend them. He was professional and really talkative. He did a really thorough job. I like dealing with the owner-operator of a business. He has been running the business for years, so he has all of the necessary equipment. I have also used a competing business, which wasn't a very good experience. The carpets kept looking clean after they dried. He uses safe chemicals, which is important because I have pets.
