LUANN IS THE FACTORY REP WHO CAME OUT, MEASURED, AND TOOK THE ORDER. SHE WAS PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THE FIRST SET OF PADS HAD A FAULTY 'LOCK' AND THE COMPANY REPLACED IT IMMEDIATELY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THESE PADS ARE A BIT PRICEY, BUT THE QUALITY IS TOPS AND THE COMPANY CERTAINLY STANDS BEHIND ITS PRODUCT.
