SENTRY TABLE PAD CO

The business experience was the zenith of all possible retail experiences. The company rep (unlike competitors) came to the home, measured the table to assure that the pads would fit for me and placed the order. She was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She and the company (when openly challenged) met and exceeded the price of their only known competitor, Guardian Pads. Unfortunately, UPS did not competently do their job. The pads were left on the open part of the porch where it was snowing and the pads were damp, arguably damaged. Without question or inspection (!) the company, at their toll-free number, placed a new order PRIOR to the pickup of damaged goods by UPS. I had timely replacement of the pads as well as reassuring telephone service from the company rep, Beth. The second shipment of pads fit and was perfect. This was much easier than self measurement with a mail-order kit as provided by their only known national competitor.

THE REP HERE IN MILWAUKEE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROMPT.
