SALES ASSOCIATES ARE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY, THEY ARE IN NO WAY PUSHY OR AGGRESSIVE WHICH IS REALLY NICE.
Description of Work: SALES PERSON GAVE ME PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND FULLY EXPLAINED ALL OF THE MATTRESS CHOICES.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY SO FAR WITH THE MATTRESS. SALES PEOPLE AT THE STORE LET THE PRODUCT SPEAK FOR ITSELF. THEY STARTED US OFF ON THE LOW-END BED AND LET US TRY PROGRESSIVELY MORE EXPENSIVE BEDS TO GET A FEEL FOR THE PRODUCT. A PRESSURE MAP DISPLAY IS AVAILABLE TO SHOW HOW BEING ABLE TO ADJUST THE BED CAN REDUCE PRESSURE FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS. THEIR 5000 SERIES BED IS THE MOST POPULAR AND WE FELT IT WAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE WITHIN OUR PRICE RANGE. DELIVERY CREW MADE A BIT OF NOISE PUTTING TOGETHER THE FOUNDATION -- MY WIFE THOUGHT THAT THE CEILING WAS GOING TO CAVE IN FROM ALL THE NOISE. THEY ALSO GAVE US TOO LONG OF A DELIVERY WINDOW, MUCH LIKE A CABLE COMPANY WOULD. HOWEVER, THE BED WAS SETUP CORRECTLY AND FUNCTIONS PROPERLY. WE ENDED UP ORDERING ONLINE, AND SALES PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE CONFIRMED THE ORDER. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: PURCHASED A 5000 PILLOW TOP SERIES MATTRESS AND FOUNDATION. DELIVERY AND REMOVAL OF OLD MATTRESS WAS FREE.
