Love these guys. Great job by Seth and Johnny in my most recent job to have a hot water heater replaced. Got a Lennox high efficiency furnace and central AC replaced in 2006 with periodic maintenance they are operating as well as the day they were installed. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Great service, quality and pricing that is very reasonable.

David did a great job. He called ahead of time to set up an appointment and then called before coming. He let me look over his shoulder and explained everything that he was doing. He explained how the furnace should be performing and how it was performing which determined what was wrong. He cleaned the flame sensor and everything operated perfectly after that. He made sure the Co levels were good and furnace temp was good. He couldn't have been nicer or more educational. I was totally pleased and furnace is working perfectly now.

Company representative responded promptly to my phone call and also arrived to my home on schedule. The gentleman was courteous, but only modestly personable or informative. I was referred to this company by a friend who suggested that it was one of the more established dealers of Lennox equipment.. As a point of background information, I had four companies come to my home to provide estimates. Sedgwick by far provided the highest priced bid for a comparable high efficiency furnace and similar SEER rated AC unit. Their price was far above the next competitor. This, in and of itself, probably disqualified the company from my business, The sales guy also had no brochures to leave me, and the one page summary sheet provided with pricing, discounts, etc, was filled out in a sloppy manner that made for a less than professional final presentation and sales document for a customer to review and well understand. I mentioned to the sales guy that I was a definite buyer who was looking to have equipment installed within 30 days and told him to feel free to follow up with me if he wanted to. (While most consumers don't like excessive pesky sales follow-up, it's certainly acceptable in my opinion to follow-up at least one time). Sedgwick apparently had enough other business to pursue and made no effort whatsoever at additional follow-up with me.

Sedgwick is surprisingly difficult to even contract with. Because of my job, I've been calling toward the end of the day (e.g., 4:45) in order to set up appointments. However, Sedgwick apparently doesn't want to take calls so close to closing time at 5, so they keep sending me to their answering service. I leave information with the answering service, but Sedgwick never calls me back! At this point, I'd be nervous trusting them with my HVAC, because what happens if my heat fails and they won't answer my calls?

They are excellent and very responsive when we need them. They are available on weekends and 24/7. Very professional company and we would highly recommend them.

The technician was on-time during off hours to fix our air conditioning during a head advisory. After being mislead by another HVAC company, the Sedwick technician was honest, efficient, and effective. Thank you.

They are going to come out this June. They are okay I guess. I think their quality is good. They are very responsive. We still have a contract with them and I would use them again.

It was less than 24 hours from the time they came to assess the situation until we had a new unit in place. Sedgwick has done our annual maintenance for many years and replaced our furnace when needed. They consistently provide prompt and professional service with thoughtful and well-trained staff. Spending $3500 unexpectedly is rarely a pleasure but it helps a lot when you have confidence in the people doing the work.

They were excellent. I use them every six months. Their price was reasonable. If I didn't have a different type of heating system now, I would use them in the future.

We owe Sedgwick a huge thank you. The very awesome Chet came by when our boiler went out during the December 2016 deep freeze at 10pm and worked on it until 1am, and stopped us from freezing.

Excellent work. Very thorough. Service man took time to check every aspect of the furnace and discovered a water leak that could eventually be costly - and dangerous. Set up appointment for part replacement and repair. Appointment made to fit my schedule.

First technician came out a couple months ago when I bought the house and gave the old furnace a once-over and tune-up. He was very professional and explained a number of things to me. But, this weekend, I tried to start the furnace and it wouldn't light. Sedgwick sent someone (another friendly technician who was happy to explain everything to me) who was able to identify the issue and had it working within 30 seconds - and - at no charge. That's good service and quality business practices. I will definitely contact them again for any needed repairs and when it's time to install a new unit.

We had not been getting them through Angie's List. We had got them as a separate package. I believe that is too expensive now and so, we are not going to do that anymore. The cost for two years was probably about $300. They would call and then we would schedule it. They came out exactly when they said they would. I probably would not use them for that price.

Technician was punctual and professional. He puts some insulate material around the coil and inspected the outside unit. The technician stated that if the problem continues then I probably have a blockage in the drain tube and then explained how to repair. It sounded like a simple fix so I asked the tech to just go ahead and do it. He refused and said because he didn't know if that was the problem for sure we would have to wait and see. Naturally once we hit the warm weather days of June and the AC was running the issue wasn't resolved and now I have water all over the basement floor and have to call someone out to repair the issue. While this company is very professional I fell like i basically was given a temporary fix and would have to call them back and pay a second charge. Will probably not do business with again.

Called Sedgwick on the recommendation of a friend. My AC unit is 35 years old. Expected that it was dead. Serviceman responded in 2 hours. I thought it was dead, and told the serviceman so. He could have sold me a new unit by convincing me it was dead, but was honest and just replaced an inexpensive fuse. My AC unit was fixed in less than 3 hours from the time I called, and is working again for just the price of a service call.

The condensation pump had to be replaced as the pump outlet was cracked and spaying water everywhere. The tech (Wayne) was fast and efficient and educated me about what kind of filters my AC needed and what he would recommend as next steps (getting a catch pan for the pump to sit in).

They originally sent two young men who obviously did not like their jobs. One quit three days in! The work performed was substandard- later confirmed by Uptown Plumbing and when I requested something be re-done as requested the guy showed and called me names and said I "was a real piece of work to dare complain after all he had done!" He claimed he gave me "extras" like installing the basement sink; I had removed the old big one so they would have room to work and since I had installed all my other sinks, didn't need him to do it. Well, it looked installed, but when I dumped a bucket of water in it, it went all over the floor! He never actually connected the drain pipes! I removed all the old radiators, and mounted the new ones; he complained to his manager that I installed them correctly which is why he was having trouble; I don't know why his manager believed him as he did not know the brand (they were made in Germany) and had to be installed to manufacturers specifications! After getting Uptown Plumbing's assessment, lodging a complaint and really wanting to sue them ( I was stupid- I paid the entire amount before the work was completed- never do that!) and I had to give them another chance per Uptown. They said they could not take over the warranty unless I gave Sedgwick a chance to make things right. They did send out a couple of men I think were actual plumbers and were professional and responsive to my requests but I would still be leery of recommending them - especially to women who lived alone. I may be wrong but I can't help think the could get away with sending those first two clowns because I was an older single women and wouldn't know better. But O paid them as much as I would have a top outfit like Uptown and received far less! Wouldn't want that to happen to anyone else.

They are honest and are not trying to sell me anything.

Indicated all was well. Failed to determine that the air conditioner condensor coils were heavily blocked and the air conditioner stopped working correctly a couple weeks later.
