SCOTT ISN'T AS RESPONSIVE AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED. HE RETURNS PHONE CALLS BUT ISN'T AS FORTHCOMING ABOUT WHAT HE'S GOING TO DO AS I WOULD LIKE. I LIKE TO HAVE A PART IN THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS. HE'S GREAT IF YOU PREFER SOMEONE WHO TAKES CHARGE AND MAKES ALL HIS OWN DECISIONS.

FOLLOWED THROUGH DID EXCELLENT JOB REPAIRING SIDING AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, BUSINESS OWNER IS EXCELLENT MAN. CREW WAS PROMPT, POLITE AND FAST ON THE WORK PERFORMED. WILL DEFINITELY USE COMPANY AGAIN!

THE WHOLE CREW WAS VERY PLEASANT TO HAVE AROUND; VERY EFFICIENT WORKERS. SCOTT WAS FREQUENTLY ON SITE; SAW TO REMOVAL OF EXTRA MATERIALS PROMPTLY. SCOTT AND CREW ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS COMPLETELY AND PLEASANTLY. FREE ADVICE OFFERED ABOUT HOW WE CAN IMPROVE OUR GUTTERS AND REDUCE ICE DAMMING. ONLY CAVEAT IS THAT OUR SIDING WAS SCRATCHED UP DURING TEAR OFF; SCOTT HAS AGREED TO SEND WORKER IN SPRING TO REPAINT THE DAMAGED FACE OF HOUSE.
