This review is of the Salesman Tracy Mayer and his misrepresentation of the project details and cost. This is not about the windows or the individual installer. we took bids for new windows. we wanted a completed project that required NOTHING from us except to move the furniture. We were led to believe that this was an all inclusive project that required us to move the furniture and take care of the security device on the window. That was all! We paid about $5000 for 3 small bedroom windows (only one opens). On the day of the install the installer handed us a piece of paper that said that we would have to paint the interior trim of the windows after he was done. This was the first we heard of this. we had to find a painter and wait for the work to be done. The cost of this (not to mention the additional time that the room was in disarray) was an additional $500!!! All the salesman said when contacted was 'sorry' it was in the fine print. Again we asked for a COMPLETE project! Never trust this guy! We had another bid that included the painting that would have been cheaper.

Before you buy anything from this company, make sure that you compare the quality and the price of what they sell, to what is available at the big box stores. I made the mistake of taking the salesman's word for the quality of lumber that I was getting. That was a mistake, since what I got, was very different than what I was promised. Basically, I got the same quality of lumber that is sold at big box stores for 130% of the big box price. What is worse, is that the salesman made no attempt to make the situation right. Instead, he avoided me for 5 days, and when he finally responded to me, he said "I am sorry that you did not like the lumber"...that was it...that is the extent of their quality and customer satisfaction guarantee....just few words of sympathy. Save yourself allot of money by going elsewhere.
