They provided a better installation price than the company we bought the carpet from and on this occasion (as they have for me in the past) provided excellent service. The work was performed on time and the carpet repair areas have no evidence of being worked on. They did their utmost to ensure the job was done right and all my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.

John did a wonderful job, not only installing the door but doing finishing woodwork (more and better than we expected). He was also very helpful in terms of explaining the features of the door. He was on time for both the measuring and the installation. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

I actually purchased the door at Home Depot and had them install it. They subcontracted through Rugs & More for the installation. The reason I didn't submit this on behalf of Home Depot is that they did very little towards the project (other than selling me the door - which they did just fine but really wasn't worth a write-up). Rugs & More was very accommodating for my schedule, the installer was exactly on time and completed the installation in under an hour. He even swept the front porch afterwards. He explained how to use the features of the door. I am very pleased with the door, the installation, and the work done by Rugs & More.
