My experience with the staff at Rosedale Chevrolet was top notch. My salesperson, Shane, was wonderful to work with, as well as the finance and General Manager of the dealership. I will continue doing business with them as well as bringing my wife's vehicle to them for service.

I think they're very good. I enjoy taking my car there for oil change. The people are always very friendly.

Arrived on time, was checked in, and showed to the customer waiting room.  They are under construction for a major remodeling project, and I have a bad back and hip so I use a cane.  They were extremely helpful in making sure I got where I was suppose to go, and assisted me in getting there.
Car was done ahead of schedule, so I was in and out like nothing.  Their service included a cleaning of the car, wash outside, and vacuum inside.
All in less than 45 minutes at no cost to me.

My compliment is the service department because they've kept my car running all of these years. They only fix things that need fixing.

Their shop for my type of vehicle is very busy. I talked with John and explained that my truck is my primary transportation and that I had to rent another vehicle while mine was out of service in order to be able to transport my grand babies. My vehicle was losing oil and coating the underside and rear with oil. He got a mechanic to diagnose my problem and called me with an estimate the next day and explained the problems so I understood what was needed. As John said and quot;they treated the vehicle as if it was their ownand quot; and were careful to control the cost and made sure there weren't any surprises. Very impressed with the work and professionalism. John goes above and beyond.
I called a local independent shop about my vehicle before going to Rosedale Chev. The owner had the same engine in his vehicle and had used Rosedale when his broke down even though it is across the cities from us. He recommended them highly.

They are professional. They are helpful. If their are warranty repairs or a recall of a part they take care of it. They are good at completing the job in a timely fashion. They do a complimentary car wash. The price is straightforward.

We do not live in the metro area. This was an emergency situation. Dead of winter, our car wouldn't start and even AAA couldn't do anything except tow it. We chose a dealership because we have a good relationship with the Chevrolet dealer in our hometown. We are not car geniuses and have come to trust and rely upon honest mechanics to help us. The battery was the issue so the diagnosis (which we also paid for) was correct. But $300 for a battery for a 2006 Impala? Seems a bit steep. Lesson learned.

Everything was great!

One man I spoke with got a bit huffy and indignant with me and said he’d keep my deposit. I spoke with a sales manager and got my check back. They weren’t very forward though. No one really took the initiative. My overall impression wasn’t that great.

They are quick. Have never done anything I have not asked for. They always explain everything they are going to do. I knew from an expectation time frame, the time it would take to complete the recall and they were well within that time frame. I like going here because the "easy-oil" places do not rotate my tires. These guys do everything.

It's amazing that they are able to work on our motor home and don't even complained about it as most Chevy dealers don't have the ability to do repair work on our motor home. They give you your value for your money. We will continue to take our vehicles here for future work.

THERE WAS A MINOR STARTER PROBLEM. THEY TOOK FIVE MINUTES TO CHANGE IT AND CHARGED ME $150. THE PART COST THEM $11, THE REST OF THE CHARGE WAS FOR LABOR.

WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD.
