Fine, was repaired and does not leak anymore.

Went well. Big improvement and Bob solved a couple of problems along the way.

EXCELLENT!  I have never felt so positive about a service provider.  Punctual, professional, friendly and most importantly did a great job for an amazing price.  He was very conscientious, to the point of being concerned not only that the job was done right but with how the job looked!  I can't say enough positive and highly recommend this professional.

We called Bob as he did some work for our neighbors and was highly recommended. Bob called back when he said he would call back and kept to his appointment schedule. We went with Roberts Plumbing without asking for a quote based on the neighbor recommendation and were really glad we did. We received multiple quotes from other plumbing companies which were 3x the amount of money and not as reliable as Roberts Plumbing. Bob showed up and was finished with the project in a little over an hour. It is really nice to have reliable people that you can trust and now Roberts has 2 customers in the neighborhood.

Came soon after the call for the estimate;  Explained the plan/options; Came back a few days later to do the job; I agreed to repair the resulting (and necessary) wall damage; got the bill. Very straight forward. Was on time and professional.  He was a referral whom I had not met or heard of before.

04-30-2011 1)  Robert showed up at the appointed time 2)  Very efficiently removed the old faucet  3)  Removed the old Hot water dispenser as it was so clogged from the hard water as to be in operable 4) Cut the (cold) water pipe from the outside line and capped the outside 5) Installed the new Pex line from the cold water faucet to our softener with a minimum amount of mess 6)  Installed a new valve on the water heater as the old one was staring to leak 

It went perfectly. He is an exceptional plumber and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I would use him again without hesitation.

Our faucet was just spitting a thin stream of water in our condo. Bob accessed the problem and gave me a approximate bid. He was out here the day after I called. Bob arrived on time, was polite and courteous. We ran into a snag when the caretaker was no where to be found to shut off the water to the unit. even though I had arranged for it prior to the appointment. Bob went to the basement, figured out the right shut off for the unit and worked quickly to not inconvenience the other tenants on the same line. He even identified which other units would be affected so I could knock on their door and notify them. He did a great job and even cleaned up after himself and put everything back in it's place. I was impressed. I will recommend him to others and will not hesitate to use him again.

I called Bob on Monday. He said he could do the job either Wednesday or Thursday. He called Wednesday morning to say he could arrive by 11 a.m. He was on time; completed the job in less than 1.5 hours and then gave me careful instructions for how I should turn the water off in fall. He was very professional.

Bob was very efficient, and did high quality work. Was able to come to the house and fix the problem very quickly. He knew right away where the problem was, and we had tried for ages to fix the problem ourselves! High quality repair job of the leaking pipe!
