PROJECT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER. BUILDER WAS INVOLVED AND DIDN'T MANAGE THE PROJECT AT ALL. EARLY FEEDBACK WAS PROVIDED, YET REJECTED BY THE BUILDER. THEN CALLS WERE HANDLED ANTAGONISTICALLY AND NEVER TIMELY. THE BUILDER CEASED TO WORK ON THE PROJECT AND REFUSED TO ADDRESS ANY REMAINING CONCERNS OR ISSUES. THEY HAVE CURRENTLY PLACED A LIEN ON OUR HOME TO SECURE PAYMENT FOR WORK THEY FAILED TO PERFORM. WE ARE HIRING ALTERNATE CONTRACTORS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT.
