Overall, the experience was postive. They were doing business in the area, and a sales repersentative stopped by to provide a free estimate and alert me to an energy rebate that I might qualify for. After about a 15 inspection, the sales rep, acknowleged I qualified for a rebate and had an estimate of cost for installing addtiional blown in insulation. Because they were in the area, there was some cost savings. We established a date/time, the 1st appointment the installers were a no show, I called their office after waiting an hour and learned they had the wrong time, the receptionist was friendly and we rescheduled for a 2nd day, Second visit they were an hour late due to their last job running over. TheInstallers were very friendly, and did an exceptional job, and were also very knowledgeable for my questions. They left the appropriate paperwork for the rebate and I am in the process of submitting it to my energy company. Overall I would recommend, and use again making sure that they confirm their install time.
