Overall the experience was OK.  I am not sure they insulated every space equally-- I thinK  I have cold spots on our walls-- but overaqll there has been a good improvement in our heat bills.  Exterier holes were not all well filled, and foam drippage was not uniformly removed from outsides of windows.  they ARE the only act in town for this service however, and I am still glad we had the work done

The installer (Dave) from Retrofoam of MN was incredible. He knew old houses backwards and forwards and made suggestions to alter the original plans to ensure that I got the best insulation protection possible given the quirks of an older house. I don't have air conditioning, and immediately noticed that the house was much more comfortable.

They still haven't finished the job and I was told it was a one day job. They had an accident where they poked a hole through the interior of my wall. The repair looks very bad. I will have to pay someone else to fix the hole.
