We didn't have much experience with the office as a whole. Front desk staff were always pleasant, but again we didn't spend much time in the office, our agent, John Thompson, however, was fantastic!
We are first time home buyers and going into this process was a bit daunting. On top of that, we had a particularly strange/difficult closing process, but John shined through the most stressful of times. John was always incredibly patient, quick to answer our questions, referred us to trusted professionals when needed, and never made us feel bad about not knowing things. John had a great sense of humor, a friendly, positive, and professional attitude and was overall great to work with. We could not have asked for a better Realtor!
