Scott and I had discussed the need to do this project for a couple of years. When this project "bubbled up" to the top of the list of projects, we met at the duplex to brainstorm ideas and then we met at Menards to explore options. Renovating older buildings is not ever easy, but Scott had creative solutions every step of the way. If questions arose, he would always contact me before proceeding. All in all, it was an excellent project!
