Contractor Service
Mike Rask is an independent carpenter recommended to us by Cityscape Painting to do the repair work above. Once the house had been power-washed and prepared for painting by Cityscape, Mike was prompt in returning my call and in doing the repair work needed before painting the house. My only complaint was that when I asked Mike for an estimate of the cost, he said he would need to get the materials first. I never did get an estimate; he got the materials then proceeded to do the work. I was happy with the quality of the work and it needed to be done, but I would have liked to have known the cost up-front and had the opportunity to check other area contractors if I wanted to. I should have been more assertive about that estimate.
