Great. We always contact Chad(store) manager). He helps us with repairs to our jewelry and watch service. Everyone is very helpful and professional. We have made large purchases from Moeller and they always have a competitive price. Me Moeller even file vers items personally.

We were helped immediately. The jeweler was helpful; we had worked with him previously. We dropped the ring off, and they had our information from before. We picked the ring up, no problem. The entire experience was very easy.

Had a simply fantastic experience at R F Moeller in Edina. My wife Karen had lost the diamond in her wedding ring after 30 years of marriage - she was very sad....finding a replacement would be difficult and extremely important to her . Patrick at R F Moeller - Edina made the entire experience a pleasure and not difficult at all.  We purchased a simply beautiful Lazare diamond that made my wife smile/happy....and we had fun while doing it.....Patrick understood immediately how important this was to Karen and did a superb job of walking her thru the buying experience and ensuring that she was comfortable each step of the way and in the end....happy. They turned the ring around in less than 24 hours - added some gold to the back of her ring that had got a little thin over 30 year - and cleaned/polished up both of our rings. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a very enjoyable experience at R. F. Moeller Jewelers.  The staff were  very professional and their in house  goldsmith did an excellent job. The two rings were precisely joined to the new shank with ultra smooth transitions. The center engagement diamond was sent to New York for the chip removal and looks great. The rings look fabulous  to the naked eye and also under magnification. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely use  R. F. Moeller Jewelers in the future.

I agreed to have my watch sent to Cartier for the overhaul. I left my watch at the store on the 1st Sat. in Sept. and I left with the understanding that I would have my watch back in about 3 wks. I called the store at end of Sept. to ask about status of work. They told me they'd call Cartier and then let me know. They called back to say that Cartier had just received my watch and that it would be about 3 wks. before the work would be finished. I called store again on Oct. 23 to ask about status and was informed that they received it back and were "watching it" to make sure it functioned properly and that I could pick it up any time. When I picked up my watch, I expressed to Matthew my concerns about the length of time it took and about my having to call them for updates. He listened respectfully and empathized with my experience and agreed that they could work on keeping customers informed in similar situations. As a courtesy, he offered me a discount on a future jewelry appraisal.

Along with the reviewer below, my ring was totally botched when I received it back. The job was AMATEUR at best, I was told that due to the sizing up of 2.5 sizes, it needed to be done the way it was. It was lopsided and part of the original engraving was ruined on the ring. VERY disappointed. I left 2 messages with my usual salesperson and received no reply. I took it to another jeweler (as I was not really comfortable anyway giving it back to Moeller) and they agreed it was definitely amateur work and should have never come back to me the way it was. Currently, the other jeweler is completing the work so I'm stuck with paying for the same job twice.

They called twice to say they wouldn't be able to have the work done when promised. When we finally did pick up the ring, the sizing job looked horrible. I had many rings resized over the years - even silver ones - and I've never seen such a poor job, nor have I ever paid so much to have a 0.25 downsize made to a ring. This was a very high quality silver ring, and I went to Moeller and agreed to pay a lot because of their reputation of doing good work. We are VERY disappointed. When asked to fix the poor job, they got snotty with us.

I just needed a new battery for my fianc 's watch, but they treated me like an A+ customer! They offered me a drink and lovely conversation while the work was being done in the back. I enjoyed a glass of sparkling water, a view of the neighborhood, and a less than 15 minute wait. I will definitely go back for jewelery repair and possible future jewelery purchases!

We have purchased several jewelry items from Eric at Moeller's. My wife's ring, in particular, was our largest purchase. A princess cut stone and prongs are difficult to keep in good condition which we knew from the beginning. Even though, Eric has always kept the ring in good repair and has had the platinum-smith perform a number of "operations" to keep everything looking fabulous. We would not think of taking our business elsewhere. The staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You definitely get what you pay for in merchandise and after-sales service!

I was so pleased with them that going back to them was not a hardship. Overall, I would say that the way I was treated was very well. I have not been treated that well in years. Everyone in the staff was very impressive. The 2 chains that were repaired were very fine, delicate, gold chains. They were broken in the middle, and the repairs are absolutely invisible.

IT WAS EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT. THEY TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND THEN DID IT. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND FOR THE PRICE THAT THEY QUOTED. I DIDN'T DO A LOT OF COMPARISON SHOPPING, BUT THE PRICE SEEMED FAIR FOR THE WORK THEY DID.

PHIL IS A GOOD PERSON WHO MADE, WHAT STARTED OUT AS A BAD EXPERIENCE BETTER. THEY HAD IT FOR A OVER A MONTH. AN EMPLOYEE FAILED TO RETURN MY CALLS AND PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. DURING THAT TIME THEY MENTIONED THE STONES WERE CUBIC ZIRCONIA. THE RING WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM THEM. HOWEVER IT WAS PURCHASED WITH THE UNDERSTANDING IT WAS MOISSANITE. PHIL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.
