It went very well. They could have said that they would replace everything. Instead, they found the broken bracket and repaired it rather than replaced it. They can handle large business and they are very conscientious. I like them.

They went out of their way to fix the car so we could get out of town the next morning.

I showed up early for the appointment by about 20 minutes, hoping to get to work earlier, and R & S accommodated me by starting early. They finished the job quickly, and I was earlier for work than I thought I would be.
It was -15 degrees F outside. My car was kept clean and the interior did not smell like oil. Also they did not try to upsell anything like the chain stores do.
$37 is actually a very reasonable price for an oil change, in my opinion at least. At most chains it ends up over $45 with the fees and taxes, and they harass you to fix little things that you could do yourself for a fraction of the price. I only gave R & S a "B" in this category because I have a personal mechanic who will do it for $25, but he has become busy lately and I would expect his price to rise.
All in all a very positive first impression of R & S.

Also told me when I didn't need a repair - which saved me a repair bill.

They are great! They try to have the option available to lend you a car while your car is being fixed. They also try to work with you on giving you ride if you need it. My husband knows a lot about cars and is very satisfied with their service. We will continue to go there in the future and would recommend them to others.
