The deck was installed over the course of a month or two.  It looked great and met my expectations.  Now, 5 years later, the deck is falling apart.  Boards are falling off, the structure of the deck has warped, railings are no longer vertical, and the deck is quickly becoming a hazard.  Company claims to have a 5 year warranty.  I spent 2 months calling them this summer - every time I left messages with their messaging service, and was promised someone would call me back the next day.  Finally, after 2 months, I got someone to call me back for the first time, and several weeks later they sent someone out to take a look at the deck.  He stated the job was "bigger than he could handle" and that he would have to have someone else from the company come look at it.  Repeated phone calls in the 2 months since then have resulted in a single returned call, in which I was told they were trying to contact the decking manufacturer.  That was 2 weeks ago with no followup since then.  I'm done leaving messages.  Expect any work they do to fall apart a few years later, and be impossible to get any sort of commitment from them to fix under their stated warranty.

They did good work. We are happy with the results. They were a little pricy, but the quality was good.

We were given a cost estimate including all work to be done, and an estimated start date of the next week.  The next week, the old gutter was removed and new one installed the same day.  Very well done!

I am greatly satisfied with the quality and work that they performed.  I will use Quality Exteriors Inc again for other projects.

it was a horrible experience. the windows were to be ordered on September 8th, 2009. the windows were suppose to be delivered within about 3 weeks. The windows were not delivered until November 2009. Quality Exteriors made many excuses for the delay in delivery. First, his installer quit. then he contracted another installer, on the alleged day of installation, we had to call the window company directly only to learn the installer was "up north" and decided to take a couple extra days to go hunting. There was a long delay in delivery of the front door. Quality Exteriors would not return our calls or would say they'd look into the delay and call us back by a certain date. every time that date came and went and eventually we would have to try to contact them. we ended up dealing with the window company directly, acting as our own contractor. But still, we paid Quality Exteriors, releasing the final installment, when the job was finally finished in January 2010.

It went wonderful. They did a great job and the house looks great. A boy damaged it with a golf ball and they came right out and repaired it at no cost. They were very profesional and I would recommend them.
