Storage
No real problems until the day I wanted to vacate my unit. I showed up with movers and the gate would not open and there as no one in the office. Sign said "will open at 11:30 am." No one answered phone. I returned at 11:30 and there wasn't anyone in the office. Still no one answered phone or responded to voicemails. We had to contact regional office to have someone let me in so I could have moving company empty my unit. Regional office said there had been some problems with the gate codes, and I would think if that were the case they would be doubly sure someone was there to let customers into their units. There was still no one in office at approx 12:15. Regional office was responsive but I did not get a call back from local provider.
