It was a Big Deal purchase. There was no extra charge. They did a nice job. They were fine.

Profound lack of professionalism and inconsiderate of the customer's time. The owner was supposed to give me an estimate at 10am. He called at 9:50 to reschedule to the afternoon. I had to reschedule appointments for him to come in the afternoon. So he gave me the estimate, but his cleaner never showed up. I got no response to my two voicemails of "your cleaner's not here yet, when can I expect her" and one to reschedule for the following Monday.
